- Project data: component designs, states, styles, props, and any content you create or upload to Bezira.
- AI prompts and outputs: text prompts you submit for AI generation and the resulting generated content.
- Communication data: information you provide when contacting support or submitting early-access requests.
- Usage data: feature usage, editor interactions, error logs, and performance metrics, collected to improve the service.
- Payment information: we do not store credit card details. Payments are processed by Suby, our payment provider.

We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Bezira.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions or credits.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Generate AI-powered components based on your prompts.

- Performance of a contract: to provide the service you signed up for.

These cookies and technologies are necessary for Bezira to function and cannot be disabled. They include authentication and session cookies managed by Clerk, the local storage item we use to remember your cookie preference, and—if you create an account—a record of your consent choice in our database so we can demonstrate compliance.
5.2 Analytics cookies
With your consent, we load analytics tools (currently PostHog) to understand how Bezira is used and to improve the product. Analytics data is kept in memory while you use the site and is not used for advertising.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate Bezira:
- Clerk: authentication and user management.
- Suby: payment processing for subscriptions and credit top-ups.
- OpenAI / Anthropic: AI generation services for component creation.
- PostHog: product analytics, loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts & Fontshare: font delivery. These services may receive your IP address when fonts are loaded.
- Cloud/hosting providers: infrastructure for storing and serving the application.
These providers have access to personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Project data is retained according to your account status and backup policies.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security or fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your personal data.

8.1 How to exercise your rights
Download your data: If you have a Bezira account, open the editor, go to Account → Download my data, and save the JSON file.
Delete your account: Open the editor, go to Account → Delete account, confirm the prompt, and we will erase your projects, support tickets, and personal information. This action is irreversible.
Manage consent: You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie settings link.
By email: You can also contact us at support@bezira.app to access, correct, or delete your data. We will respond within 30 days.
8.2 What happens when you delete your account
We delete your authentication account (managed by Clerk), your projects, support tickets, AI generation logs, analytics events, editor logs, CRM lead record, credit balance, and credit transaction history. We also delete your avatar file.
We retain certain billing and payment records where required by applicable law, but we anonymize your name, email, and avatar. We do not use this retained data to identify or contact you.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
Bezira is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed by third-party providers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data during international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use of Bezira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
