These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bezira website and application located at bezira.app (“Bezira”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Bezira, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bezira.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Bezira, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use Bezira on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Bezira is a visual component builder that lets users design interactive UI components, define states and transitions, and export code. Features, capabilities, and availability may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Bezira offers paid plans and credit top-ups, processed through our payment partner, Suby. By purchasing a subscription or top-up, you agree to Suby’s terms and conditions as well.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
- Credit top-ups are one-time purchases that add AI-generation credits to your account.
- Trial: New users may be eligible for a 30-day trial. AI generation is not included during the trial unless explicitly stated.
- No refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. AI Generation and Credits
Bezira may use artificial intelligence to generate components, styles, or suggestions based on your prompts.
- Each AI-generation request consumes credits from your account.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Unused credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any designs, components, or content you create in Bezira (“User Content”). By using Bezira, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bezira to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bezira or its systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
Bezira and its branding, code, designs, and content are owned by Eduardo Antonio Albelo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bezira at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Bezira is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduardo Antonio Albelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Bezira.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Bezira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
